Key Account Manager – Global Hotel Chains (Senior)

About the role

The Global Chains team within the Hotel Supply function is looking for a senior‑level Key Account Manager to drive growth across major international hotel brands such as Accor, Hilton, Marriott and Radisson. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Chains, you will act as the primary liaison between our organization and chain revenue heads, translating business insights into actionable strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with partner hotels, providing metrics analysis, industry best‑practice recommendations and regular field visits (approximately 25% of time).
• Review monthly production reports, conduct performance review meetings (virtual and in‑person), and train partners on the company extranet.
• Prepare market insight reports, perform competitive set analysis, and ensure inventory availability and price competitiveness throughout the year.
• Negotiate and close deals with hotel partners, onboard them to ad‑tech sponsored campaigns, and secure exclusive agreements to maintain a competitive edge for the MMT Group.

Required profile

• Master’s degree from a reputed institute.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, travel trade, key account management, contracting or B2B sales.
• Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and work cross‑functionally with category, revenue and marketing teams.
