Key Account Manager – Fashion, Footwear & Apparel

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to lead our fashion, footwear and apparel portfolio across major e‑commerce platforms. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing strategic relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts such as Flipkart, Myntra and Nykaa.
• Develop account strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development and supply‑chain teams to align on account needs.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and forecasts.
• Address client inquiries promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑7 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in footwear, fashion, apparel, D2C, lifestyle or FMCG sectors.
• Proven track record managing relationships with major e‑commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
