Key Account Manager (eCommerce/Apparel)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead relationships with top fashion and apparel eCommerce partners. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, analysing market trends, and ensuring seamless execution of promotional campaigns across major online platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts in the fashion and apparel sector.
• Achieve sales targets by implementing effective account strategies.
• Conduct market analysis to uncover new business opportunities and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to launch marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing needs and resolving issues.
• Utilise advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management within the fashion/apparel industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.

• Advanced Excel functions
• Experience with eCommerce platforms: Myntra, Ajio, FirstCry, Nykaa, Flipkart
