Key Account Manager – E‑commerce

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, result‑oriented Key Account Manager to lead and expand our e‑commerce business. The role focuses on building strong marketplace partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless execution across high‑value accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic marketplace accounts.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities through upselling, account expansion and performance improvement.
• Create and implement account‑specific growth plans aligned with overall business objectives.
• Oversee client onboarding, ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor account performance, generate reports and provide actionable business insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in e‑commerce key account, marketplace or B2B account management.
• Experience with FMCG, healthcare, consumer goods or direct‑to‑consumer brands is preferred.
• Proven track record of managing high‑value accounts and delivering revenue growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for business presentations.
