Key Account Manager – Cybersecurity

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, client‑focused Key Account Manager to lead and grow our strategic cybersecurity accounts in Ahmedabad. The role involves building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and coordinating internal teams to deliver tailored security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with assigned key accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and TechD Cybersecurity Ltd.
• Understand customer business needs and align company solutions accordingly.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow‑up.
• Ensure timely resolution of client queries and concerns.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, and delivery teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Support account renewals, upselling, and cross‑selling initiatives.
• Maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
