Key Account Manager (Corporate Sales)

About the role

The Key Account Manager (Corporate Sales) will act as the single point of contact for designated corporate customers, driving revenue growth through deep selling and cross‑selling of cargo‑partner’s logistics solutions. The role combines strategic account planning, service delivery oversight, and continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage one or more identified customer accounts, ensuring delivery of budgeted revenues and gross margins.
• Define service scope, SOPs and KPI agreements with customers and obtain sign‑off from product heads.
• Disseminate SOPs and KPIs across product teams, train teams, and monitor adherence.
• Identify expansion opportunities, coordinate with product heads, and lead the commercial closure process.
• Serve as escalation point for service issues not resolved by customer service or operations.
• Renew contracts and commercial terms at regular intervals.
• Prepare and submit regular KPI reports with performance analysis to customers.
• Schedule and lead monthly and quarterly review meetings, ensuring agreed actions are executed.
• Maintain total customer satisfaction, resolving issues and escalating unresolved matters as needed.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience, preferably 2‑5 years in a relevant industry.
• Graduate degree; PG/MBA preferred.
• Strong customer‑service orientation, achievement focus, initiative, teamwork, flexibility, resilience, process orientation, and negotiation/selling skills.
