Key Account Manager – Corporate Sales

About the role

As a Key Account Manager at Printo, you will be the primary liaison for corporate clients, driving revenue growth through strategic sales, service excellence, and tailored printing and gifting solutions. You will work closely with senior decision‑makers to understand their needs and deliver seamless experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned corporate accounts, managing sales opportunities and service delivery.
• Initiate outreach to senior executives (Procurement, HR, Marketing) to assess requirements and propose solutions.
• Conduct regular review meetings to gauge satisfaction, gather feedback, and explore partnership expansion.
• Identify and pursue new business within existing accounts and prospect new corporate clients.
• Create customized proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain detailed account records and communications in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with production, design, logistics, and operations teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of B2B or corporate sales experience with a proven track record in managing key accounts.
• Experience selling to HR, Marketing, Procurement, or Admin heads.
• Prior exposure to printing, gifting, merchandising, or B2B SaaS sales is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
