Key Account Manager – Beauty eCommerce (AI Champion)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing, commercially driven leader to manage a strategic beauty e‑commerce account for Purplle in Mumbai, while championing AI adoption across the sales team. The role blends account‑management expertise with a technology‑led mindset to drive growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the Purplle beauty e‑commerce account, delivering revenue, market‑share and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute annual Joint Business Plans, negotiate assortments, promotions and investment governance.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, analyse category trends and drive corrective actions to unlock growth.
• Partner with brand, demand planning, supply chain, finance, media and category teams to ensure seamless launches and campaigns.
• Identify manual processes suitable for automation and design AI‑enabled solutions, dashboards and workflows.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in sales, key account management, e‑commerce or modern trade.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and ability to manage senior stakeholders.
• Background in beauty, FMCG, personal care or consumer products is preferred.
• Analytical mindset with curiosity for problem solving and data‑driven decision making.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and delivering joint business plans.
