Key Account Manager – Bangalore

About the role

BlitzNow is looking for a Key Account Manager to become the primary growth partner for its enterprise eCommerce clients in Bangalore. You will own the relationship, revenue, and delivery experience for a portfolio of brands, ensuring they scale and succeed month over month.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end enterprise accounts after sales handover and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor delivery SLAs and on‑time performance, coordinating internal teams to keep clients on track.
• Serve as the single point of contact for escalations and resolve issues across the portfolio.
• Drive month‑on‑month revenue growth through upselling, cross‑selling, and expansion into new cities or fulfilment models.
• Conduct regular face‑to‑face meetings and structured business reviews with client leadership.
• Analyse delivery performance data, provide actionable insights, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Success, or B2B sales.
• Prior exposure to logistics, eCommerce, SaaS, or supply‑chain‑adjacent roles is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and growing accounts.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
