Key Account Manager – Associate / Senior Associate (Logistics)

About the role

We are seeking a Key Account Manager (Associate / Senior Associate) to manage and grow strategic B2B logistics accounts in Goa. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth within existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of B2B logistics clients, ensuring long‑term retention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, escalations, and operational support.
• Conduct regular business reviews to understand client needs and improve service quality.
• Drive shipment volume growth and identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Achieve monthly revenue, shipment, and retention targets.
• Support new client onboarding and account activation processes.
• Track shipment movements, resolve delivery concerns, and ensure timely invoicing and payment follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate account records, MIS reports, and CRM updates.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet SLA commitments.

Required profile

• Commercially driven and proactive in identifying business opportunities.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working towards business targets.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with B2B clients.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems for account management.
• Ability to produce and maintain MIS reports.
