About the role
Team Computers is looking for a Junior Telecaller to work from its Delhi office. The role focuses on handling inbound calls related to animal welfare, rescue and support requests while maintaining professional and courteous communication. The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth operation of the call centre by ensuring that each interaction is logged accurately and that relevant information is passed on to the appropriate teams.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and assist callers with their queries and concerns.
- Attend calls related to animal welfare, rescue, and support requests.
- Record and maintain accurate call details, complaints, and requests.
- Maintain daily call records and basic MIS reports.
- Ensure professional and courteous communication with callers.
Required profile
- Comfortable handling inbound calls and providing assistance.
- Attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced call environment.
