About the role
The Junior Technician will support production operations by performing visual inspections, preparing and qualifying kits, handling batch transfers, and ensuring documentation complies with SOPs.
Key responsibilities
- Perform visual inspection of vials, ampoules, cartridges, etc.
- Prepare and qualify kits for production.
- Transfer batches and prepare them for visual checks.
- Carry out documentation tasks such as area cleaning, sanitisation, reconciliation, and updating good/rejection records per SOP.
- Sample finished products.
- Weigh plastic bottles.
- Operate automatic vial and ampoule machines.
Required profile
- Qualification: HSc, ITI or Diploma.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Required skills
- Visual inspection of vials, ampoules and cartridges.
- Kit preparation and qualification.
- Batch transferring.
- Documentation according to SOPs.
- Finished product sampling.
- Plastic bottle weighing.
- Operation of automatic vial and ampoule machines.
