Junior Site Engineer – High-rise Construction

About the role

The Junior Site Engineer will support the execution of high‑rise construction projects in Mira Road, focusing on Mivan shuttering, reinforced cement concrete (RCC) works and finishing activities. The role ensures quality, safety and timely delivery while coordinating with architects, consultants and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations for high‑rise buildings, managing resources, materials and equipment.
• Plan, coordinate and inspect Mivan formwork for slabs, walls and columns, ensuring alignment and quality.
• Oversee RCC activities including mix design, pouring, curing and compliance with structural drawings.
• Manage finishing works such as plastering, tiling and painting, maintaining high standards and schedule adherence.
• Conduct quality checks and enforce safety regulations throughout all construction phases.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain clear documentation of site activities.
• Train and supervise laborers and subcontractors, resolving on‑site issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 3–6 years of hands‑on experience in construction site supervision.
• Proven ability to coordinate with management, on‑site teams and billing departments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
