Junior Service Desk Specialist (Entry-Level)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Service Desk Specialist to join our IT team. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates who want to start a career in technical support and become the first point of contact for users needing assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and log incidents and service requests via phone, email or self‑service portal.
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software and network connectivity issues.
• Perform routine user support tasks such as password resets and account unlocks.
• Escalate complex problems to L2/L3 teams while tracking progress.
• Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge‑base articles.
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve service processes.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (B.Sc., BCA, B.A. or equivalent) with a strong interest in IT support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and grow within the team.
