Junior SEO Analyst

About the role

At Lantern Digital, a digital‑first marketing agency, we are seeking a Junior SEO Analyst with 2‑4 years of experience. The role involves owning SEO projects across diverse industries, driving data‑focused strategies, and collaborating with a small, dynamic SEO team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits covering on‑page, technical and content aspects.
• Develop and execute keyword research, competitive analysis and content recommendations.
• Optimize meta tags, headings, URLs, schema markup and internal linking structures.
• Plan and manage link‑building campaigns, securing high‑quality backlinks.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush and Screaming Frog, and produce actionable reports.
• Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO enhancements and stay ahead of Google algorithm updates.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and present insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client‑facing presentations.
• Proactive learner who keeps up with industry trends and Google updates.
