Junior & Senior Export‑Import Accountant

About the role

We are looking for motivated Junior and Senior Accountants with solid experience in export‑import accounting. The role involves handling day‑to‑day bookkeeping, managing GST/TDS compliance, and supporting month‑end closing activities in a fast‑paced office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries using Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
• Process export‑import invoices, documentation, and related journal entries.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and ledger scrutiny.
• Perform bank, vendor and customer reconciliations.
• Handle GST, TDS and other taxation documentation.
• Support monthly closing, trial balance, P&L and balance‑sheet preparation.
• Maintain vouchers, expense records and other financial documents.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors and internal teams as required.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, with mandatory export‑import exposure.
• B.Com or M.Com preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
