Junior Sales Support Executive

About the role

ExcelR is looking for a fresh graduate to be the first line of response for its Inside Sales Managers. You will triage daily operational requests, resolve simple issues directly in Salesforce, and route more complex queries to the appropriate owner, ensuring a smooth flow of information for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the Reference Group channel during working hours and acknowledge every incoming request promptly.
• Apply defined triage logic to classify each request, resolve what you can in Salesforce, or route it to the correct owner.
• Maintain a log of request type, owner, turnaround time, and outcome for reporting.
• Escalate urgent issues (e.g., telephony errors) without delay.
• Identify recurring or high‑volume request patterns and flag them for automation.
• Support ad‑hoc CRM data pulls and reports requested by regional managers.
• Ensure single‑touch discipline: no duplicate tagging or unnecessary back‑and‑forth.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years of experience; any graduate discipline (Commerce/Business a plus but not required).
• Willingness to learn Salesforce deeply; prior CRM exposure is a plus.
• Strong written communication; comfortable coordinating via WhatsApp and email.
• Logical, rules‑based thinker who can work independently.
• Patient and calm when handling repeated or ambiguous queries.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently after training.
