Junior Sales Executive (On‑site)

About the role

Cloudwind is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our on‑site team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them understand how our email marketing platform can grow their business.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to prospects via phone, email and messaging platforms.
• Gather customer requirements and present suitable Cloudwind services.
• Follow up on leads, maintain ongoing communication, and nurture relationships.
• Update sales records and CRM with accurate information.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and support overall business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 10+2 / Higher Secondary.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer follow‑up.
• Confident speaking with customers over phone, email or chat.
• Eagerness to learn product details and explain them clearly.
• Self‑motivated, punctual and comfortable working in a team.
• Freshers welcome; 0–1 year of experience.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Familiarity with MS Office or similar productivity tools.
