Junior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Uhire is seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join its fast‑growing analytics talent consulting team. In this role you will own the full recruitment cycle for niche IT and analytics positions, helping high‑growth organisations build high‑performance data teams.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for specialised analytics and IT roles using LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques and niche job portals such as Naukri.
• Build and maintain pipelines for hard‑to‑fill positions, conducting up to 50 outreach calls per role.
• Manage the end‑to‑end hiring process: conduct interviews, follow‑up with candidates, negotiate offers and ensure smooth closures.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver high‑quality talent quickly.
• Track and report recruitment metrics, continuously improving sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within IT or analytics.
• Proactive “headhunter” mindset with a strong ability to source candidates independently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to push back and close offers.
• Ambitious, results‑driven and eager to grow quickly within a performance‑based environment.
