About the role
We are looking for proactive and result‑oriented recruiters to manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities for our staffing operations in the oil & gas and EPC sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates using job portals and other channels.
- Screen, interview and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities for civil, MEP, billing and construction safety roles.
Required profile
- 1 to 5 years of recruitment experience.
- Preferred experience in construction, infrastructure or engineering recruitment.
- Exposure to hiring civil, MEP, billing and construction safety engineers is an advantage.
- Strong communication, sourcing, screening and coordination skills.
