Junior Project Control Engineer – Passenger Terminal Buildings

About the role

The Junior Project Control Engineer – PTB will support planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, cost tracking and reporting for the design and construction of Passenger Terminal Buildings and related airport facilities. You will work closely with the Project Controls Manager to maintain schedules, monitor performance metrics and ensure accurate project reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain project schedules for PTB works using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Monitor project progress against approved baselines and perform variance analysis.
• Collect and consolidate progress data from Architecture, Structural, MEP, ICT, ELV, Fire & Life Safety, BHS, Security and Vertical Transportation teams.
• Track key milestones, critical activities and interface deliverables.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards and KPI summaries.
• Support cost tracking, budget monitoring and forecast reporting.
• Review contractor and consultant progress submissions and validate reported progress.
• Maintain project controls records such as risk registers, change logs and action trackers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project controls, planning, scheduling and cost management.
• At least 5 years of experience on airport terminals, commercial buildings or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project controls functions and coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders.
