Junior Project Control Engineer – Aviation

About the role

The Junior Project Control Engineer – Aviation will support the Sr. Project Control Manager in planning, scheduling, cost tracking and reporting for airport infrastructure projects across Ahmedabad, Trivandrum and Mangalore. The role ensures integrated schedules, monitors performance and delivers accurate progress updates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Conduct schedule variance analysis, support recovery plans and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Track milestones, testing, commissioning and handover targets, and consolidate inputs from multidisciplinary teams.
• Support cost tracking, forecasting, Earned Value Management and maintain risk registers and change logs.
• Validate contractor progress, coordinate with consultants and ensure compliance with project control procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10‑15 years of experience in project controls with at least 5 years on aviation projects.
• Proven ability to develop integrated schedules, manage cost performance and conduct risk analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in a multidisciplinary airport environment.
