Junior Production Operator

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Production Operator to execute manufacturing operations in a pharmaceutical environment. The role focuses on meeting shift production targets while adhering to safety, GMP, and SOP requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production equipment efficiently according to SOPs and batch manufacturing records.
• Perform unit operations, maintain equipment, and ensure audit‑ready facility conditions.
• Identify process deficiencies, suggest optimisations, and implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate online documentation, update BMR entries, and verify data integrity before submission.
• Deliver cGMP, equipment, safety, and housekeeping training to workmen.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE and report any near‑miss incidents.
• Coordinate with engineering, safety, formulation, and equipment manufacturers for troubleshooting and technical support.

Required profile

• Diploma in Pharmacy or Mechanical Engineering.
• 0‑2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Understanding of GMP, SOP, and safety standards.
• Ability to work in shifts and manage resource allocation.
