About the role
We are looking for a Junior Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing of Ayurvedic powders, herbs and related food products at our Balangir plant. The role involves ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory guidelines while maintaining efficient production flow.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and supervise machines used in powder and herb production.
- Implement FSSAI and AYUSH guidelines throughout the manufacturing process.
- Prepare SOPs and quality parameters for raw materials and finished goods.
- Manage smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in herb or Ayurvedic manufacturing.
- Hands‑on production experience in the food or Ayurvedic sector.
- Ability to work on‑site in Balangir, Odisha.
