Junior Production Executive

About the role

The Junior Production Executive will support the daily operations of a production area, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while developing the skills of the team. This role combines people management, training coordination, and production monitoring to meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Induct new employees and temporary staff, organize training actions, and maintain up‑to‑date flexibility grids.
• Monitor absenteeism, holidays, safety compliance, and environmental risk analyses.
• Validate operator working time, enforce standard breaks, and ensure adherence to reaction standards.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews, annual appraisals, salary reviews, and career interviews.
• Perform on‑the‑job training (OJT) daily, maintain working instructions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Implement TPM standards, detect abnormalities, and oversee first‑level preventive maintenance.
• Track equipment performance, cycle times, and micro‑stoppages; propose corrective actions.
• Update production displays (QCDM, communication boards) at shift end.
• Propose weekly headcounts and organization plans, ensure production meets SQCDM and inventory targets.
• Coordinate with supply‑chain and support functions to resolve issues and maintain MPS commitments.
