Junior Personal Executive Assistant

About the role

The Junior Personal Executive Assistant will support senior executives at Eunoia Designtech, a design consultancy based in Ahmedabad. This full‑time, on‑site position involves handling day‑to‑day administrative tasks to keep executive operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Prepare and process expense reports, reimbursements and related documentation.
• Draft, review and file correspondence, reports and other business documents.
• Maintain organized filing systems and ensure timely follow‑up on tasks and commitments.
• Facilitate internal and external communication, liaising with clients, team members and partners.
• Assist the executive in prioritising activities, deadlines and project milestones.

Required profile

• Strong executive administrative assistance experience, including calendar and travel management.
• Proven ability to handle expense reporting and basic record‑keeping.
• Excellent communication skills for professional interaction with executives, clients and internal teams.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, administration or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
• Basic reporting and digital communication tool usage.
