Junior Marketing Project Coordinator

About the role

The Junior Marketing Project Coordinator will support the Senior Marketing Project Coordinator in planning, executing and monitoring marketing initiatives across Global University Systems. This role is based in Mumbai and involves close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and executing marketing projects and campaigns.
• Gather information from department heads, designers and external vendors to produce comprehensive project updates.
• Prepare and maintain progress reports, key metrics and outcome analyses.
• Support scheduling and timeline management for all marketing deliverables.
• Research market trends, customer behavior and competitor activities, and compile reports for management.
• Organise logistics for online and on‑campus events, ensuring all stakeholder requirements are met.
• Manage media release forms and oversee compliance during video/photo production.
• Coordinate with external photographers, videographers and other third‑party service providers.
• Monitor campaign KPIs, generate regular performance reports and suggest optimisation opportunities.
• Utilise project management tools to track progress and communicate updates to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Previous experience in a marketing coordination or project support role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of producing accurate reports.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
• Experience preparing and analysing marketing performance reports.
• Ability to coordinate events and manage vendor relationships.
