Junior Learning & Quality Specialist

About the role

Marcus Evans Group is seeking a Junior Learning & Quality Specialist to join its Global Learning & Development team in Hyderabad. Reporting to the L&Q Business Partner, you will help design, deliver and continuously improve training programs that support employee growth and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training programs created with business vertical leaders, ensuring consistency and quality throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Customize learning resources to meet individual employee needs and manage weekly allocation of approved training hours.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to training processes based on evolving business requirements.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align learning initiatives with strategic goals and use data to track progress and inform development discussions.
• Support global L&D initiatives and assist with technology integration to enhance learning workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development or a related field.
• 0‑3 years of experience in Learning & Development, including designing, developing and delivering training programs.
• Strong ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e‑learning platforms.
• Experience using learning content development tools such as Articulate, Canva and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of instructional design software like Adobe Captivate.
