About the role

SilverWorld, a well‑established silver jewellery retailer in New Delhi, is looking for a Junior Jewellery Sales Executive to join its showroom team. This full‑time, on‑site position involves greeting customers, understanding their style preferences, and guiding them to the right pieces while maintaining a polished and inviting store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, assess their jewellery preferences, and recommend suitable silver and fashion pieces.
• Handle basic polishing, arrange displays, and keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Explain product features, pricing, and care instructions to customers.
• Process sales, exchanges, and returns using the POS system.
• Support regular inventory checks and stock replenishment.
• Participate in training sessions to learn jewellery design concepts and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with senior staff to achieve sales targets and ensure a consistent high‑quality customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage visitors and understand their needs.
• Interest in jewellery design and current fashion trends.
• Willingness to perform basic polishing and maintain product presentation.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and flexibility to work weekends and peak seasons.
