Junior HR Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Junior HR Executive to support day‑to‑day HR operations across our retail stores. You will work closely with store managers and the operations team to ensure smooth people processes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end recruitment for store‑level roles (crew, supervisors, store managers).
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and induction for new joiners.
• Maintain attendance, leave, and HR records across stores.
• Support payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts.
• Address basic employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
• Track attrition and flag early warning signs to management.
• Coordinate performance reviews and appraisals with store managers.
• Ensure compliance with basic labour law requirements (PF, ESI, shops & establishment).

Required profile

• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in QSR, retail, hospitality, or F&B.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent (freshers with strong internship experience welcome).
• Comfortable working in a multi‑location, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (Kannada a plus for Bangalore).
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable working on the shop floor.
