Junior Home Care Nurse – Bangalore

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Junior Home Care Nurse to provide full‑time, in‑home nursing care for patients in Bangalore. The role involves staying at patients’ residences, delivering professional nursing services, and supporting families with personalized care plans.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients’ health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments and specialized nursing care according to protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient observations and report any changes.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.
• Respond to medical emergencies and arrange necessary services promptly.
• Follow all healthcare regulations, safety standards and infection‑control procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home‑care or hospital settings.
• Ability to work independently, travel within the assigned area and manage varying patient needs.
• Fluent in Kannada, Tamil and English with good communication skills.
• Professional appearance, clean uniform and willingness to wear a white coat.
