Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

California Burrito is seeking an energetic and creative Junior Graphic Designer to support its fast‑growing brand across India. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to produce visual assets that reflect the company’s fresh, honest Mexican food ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Design brand visuals and marketing collaterals such as flyers, posters, billboards, and packaging.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align designs with campaign goals.
• Stay updated on design trends and bring fresh ideas to projects.
• Create illustrations, typography, and layout work as needed.
• Ensure all designs are on‑brand, high quality, and delivered within deadlines.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong conceptual skills with a keen eye for layout, color, and typography.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Self‑driven attitude with entrepreneurial mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro (a plus).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, typography, and layout expertise.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
