Junior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Full Stack Engineer to join our SaaS product team. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers, contributing to both front‑end and back‑end development while leveraging AI‑assisted tools to accelerate delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web application features in an Agile environment.
• Write clean, test‑driven code using Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks.
• Implement UI components with ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ECMAScript 6).
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and ensure proper integration with cloud services.
• Use AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot) for code generation, review, and debugging.
• Participate in sprint planning, deliver estimates, and provide status updates.
• Evaluate and integrate LLM capabilities into product features where appropriate.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong learning mindset, problem‑solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Interest in healthcare or pharmaceutical SaaS products and emerging AI/ML technologies.

Required skills

• Ruby on Rails (or comparable web framework).
• ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ECMAScript 6).
• Test‑driven development, BDD/TDD methodologies.
• RESTful API design and consumption.
• Web architecture concepts (servers, load balancing, caching, databases, replication).
• HTML/XHTML, CSS, Ajax, jQuery.
• AI coding tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Gemini Code Assist.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini).
• Version control with Git and GitHub.
• Basic experience with AWS services (EC2), Capistrano, Heroku, or similar PaaS.
