Junior Executive – Maintenance (Elevator Services)

About the role

KONE, a global leader in elevators and escalators, moves over one billion people each day. As part of its growth phase in Trivandrum, the company is looking for a Junior Executive / Executive – Maintenance to ensure high‑quality service, equipment safety and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships by providing proactive on‑site communication, accurate ETA updates and real‑time reporting of work performed.
• Maintain equipment safety and performance, identify site risks and apply escalation procedures when needed.
• Execute planned maintenance, call‑outs and unplanned service repairs while respecting schedules and quality standards.
• Handle inventory management, including stock levels, spare part requests and tool maintenance.
• Report work details, submit timesheets and raise sales leads to the service supervisor.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to communicate clearly with on‑site contacts.
• Familiarity with lift and escalator technology and willingness to attend training.
• Ability to work safely on site, follow maintenance and safety instructions, and manage site environment during service operations.
