Junior Executive - Business Development

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Executive to support our Business Development team in the fast‑growing electronics manufacturing sector. You will work closely with sales, engineering and production to identify new customers and drive PCB assembly, box‑build and system integration projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers in industrial electronics, telecom, automotive, defence, medical and consumer electronics.
• Generate and qualify leads for PCB assembly, box‑build, system integration and ODM/OEM projects.
• Support RFQ handling, cost coordination and proposal preparation together with engineering and production teams.
• Coordinate technical discussions between customers and design/manufacturing teams.
• Track enquiries, quotations and order status, and prepare weekly sales reports.
• Conduct market mapping to uncover new verticals and high‑volume opportunities.
• Assist in the organisation of industry exhibitions, vendor meetings and customer visits.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure alignment with engineering, supply chain and production.

Required profile

• Interest in electronics manufacturing and related sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset for market mapping and lead qualification.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise between customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, supply chain and production.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems for data entry and reporting.
