Junior Digital Marketing Executive (PPC & Social Media)

About the role

Webvillee is seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Executive to support paid advertising and performance marketing initiatives. The role is ideal for candidates with a basic to intermediate grasp of digital marketing who are eager to develop hands‑on expertise across PPC, social media, and campaign analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage, and monitor PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube.
• Assist with keyword research, audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign setup.
• Support media‑plan development, ad copy writing, creative coordination, and documentation of campaign structures.
• Monitor daily performance, identify optimization opportunities, and adjust bids, audiences, and creatives.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data; prepare weekly reports, dashboards, and client‑facing summaries.
• Work with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and GoHighLevel for reporting and campaign‑related activities.
• Implement conversion tracking, UTM tagging, pixel setup, and basic attribution models.
• Track key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with SEO, content, design, and other cross‑functional teams to align paid efforts with broader digital strategies.
• Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices; support continuous testing and optimization.
