Junior Curriculum Manager – Preschool

About the role

The Junior Curriculum Manager – Preschool will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschool children. Working closely with the Senior Curriculum Manager and teaching staff, you will help create engaging, age‑appropriate learning experiences that align with early childhood education standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior staff and teachers to develop cohesive weekly and monthly lesson plans for children aged 2‑6 years.
• Ensure curriculum aligns with cognitive, social, emotional, and physical developmental milestones.
• Design and produce worksheets, activity kits, teaching aids, and curate age‑appropriate stories, rhymes, and learning materials.
• Maintain and regularly update curriculum resources, incorporating the latest educational trends.
• Prepare engaging PowerPoint presentations for school events and assist in planning annual celebrations such as Sports Day, Annual Day, and themed festivals.
• Coordinate with Operations and other departments to address implementation challenges and support asset creation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Care and Education.
• 3‑5 years of experience in preschool teaching and curriculum creation across the 2‑6 year age group.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior managers, teachers, and cross‑functional teams.
