Junior Clinical Case Manager

About the role

The Junior Clinical Case Manager (Jr. CCM) serves as a critical link between direct clinical care and operational oversight within Lyra Health’s mental health delivery model in India. This permanent, hybrid‑working position involves helpline and crisis support, clinical intake triage, short‑term workplace‑focused therapy, and quality‑assurance of provider documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for employees and dependents via helpline, providing immediate psychological first aid and conducting risk assessments.
• Conduct detailed clinical intake interviews, evaluate care pathways, and assign clients to appropriate in‑house or affiliate providers.
• Deliver evidence‑based short‑term counseling (e.g., CBT, solution‑focused therapy) with a workplace focus, maintaining accurate session notes.
• Monitor and audit clinical documentation, ensuring timely inclusion of CORE‑10 scores and work‑impact metrics.
• Manage affiliate network relationships, verify provider bios, and support onboarding and cross‑border referral processes.
• Audit treatment plans for alignment with Lyra’s short‑term, solution‑focused protocols and prevent clinical drift.
• Collaborate with Clinical Lead, Client Success, and Product teams to optimize workflows and uphold Lyra’s values.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
• 3–6 years of progressive clinical experience, preferably in Employee Assistance Programs or corporate mental‑health settings.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.

Required skills

• Proficiency in evidence‑based therapeutic interventions such as CBT and solution‑focused therapy.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive clinical risk assessments and manage crisis interventions.
• Experience with outcome measurement tools (e.g., CORE‑10) and documentation standards.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate network coordination and provider onboarding.
