Junior Chef – Personalized Wellness Meals

About the role

FitEduCoach is looking for a Junior Chef to join the dedicated kitchen of its 30,000 sq ft wellness facility in Hyderabad. The chef will prepare fresh, nutritious and customized meals that support members’ fitness and wellness goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to approved nutrition plans, recipes, customer preferences and portion specifications.
• Ensure food quality, taste, freshness, presentation and timely service.
• Coordinate with the Head Chef, nutritionist, coaches and the customer‑experience team.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, allergen control and kitchen cleanliness.
• Manage mise en place, food storage, stock rotation and wastage control.
• Support wellness events, workshops and special meal requirements.
• Work early mornings, evenings, weekends and during peak workout periods.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in a commercial kitchen, hotel, restaurant, café, wellness, fitness or meal‑preparation facility.
• Culinary or food‑production qualification preferred.
• Experience with healthy, personalised, high‑protein or performance‑focused meals.
• Strong cooking skills, portion control, attention to detail and teamwork.
• Knowledge of food safety and allergen management.
• Interest in wellness, nutrition, fitness and healthy cuisine.
