Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and execution of dishes that showcase Barefolk’s ingredient‑first philosophy.
• Support senior chefs in both the main kitchen and the dedicated fermentation lab, including monitoring ferments and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Ensure every plate meets presentation and flavor standards while adhering to strict food‑safety protocols.
• Maintain an organized workstation, manage prep schedules, and contribute to zero‑waste initiatives.
