Junior BIM Design Reviewer – Airport Projects

About the role

The Junior BIM Design Reviewer will support BIM‑based design reviews, model coordination and constructability checks for airport development projects. Reporting to the Senior BIM Design Reviewer, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate, coordinated and buildable deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Review BIM models, GFC drawings, specifications and technical submissions for design accuracy and constructability.
• Verify compliance of BIM deliverables with BIM Execution Plans, project standards, naming conventions and LOD requirements.
• Identify and document design conflicts, clashes and interface issues across architecture, structural, MEP, airside and airport systems.
• Perform model‑based clash detection using Navisworks and coordinate timely resolution with design teams.
• Maintain review comments, clash reports, issue logs and coordination trackers.
• Support preparation of federated models, BIM review reports and coordination dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil, Structural, MEP or related engineering discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in BIM design coordination, review or digital engineering, preferably on airport and aviation infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to work under demanding project schedules.
