Junior Billing & Costing Engineer – Passenger Terminal Building

About the role

The Junior Billing & Costing Engineer will support billing, quantity verification, cost control and commercial documentation for Passenger Terminal Building (PTB) projects across Ahmedabad, Trivandrum and Mangalore. The role ensures accurate and timely billing throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Review, verify and process contractor, consultant and vendor bills against contracts, BOQs, drawings and specifications.
• Maintain billing registers, quantity records, payment trackers and cost‑control documentation.
• Monitor project expenditures, commitments, variations and payment status, supporting cost forecasting.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and site teams for measurement and billing requirements.
• Prepare periodic billing, cost‑control and commercial reports and support audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Construction Management or related field.
• 10‑15 years of experience in billing, quantity surveying, cost control or commercial management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience on passenger terminal or airport infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, BOQs, rate analysis and commercial procedures.
