About the role
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Junior Barista to join our café team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of coffee preparation, café operations, hygiene standards, and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare coffee and beverages as per standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the bar.
- Assist with daily café operations and mise en place.
- Follow SOPs and maintain beverage quality and consistency.
- Support senior baristas and the café team during service.
- Ensure a positive guest experience.
Required profile
- 0–2 years experience in a café/barista role.
- Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Immediate joining preferred.
What we offer
- Salary: ₹22,000 per month.
- Food and accommodation provided by the company.
