Junior Associate - Graphic Designer

About the role

BrandStory Digital is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Associate – Graphic Designer to join its growing design team in Bengaluru. This position offers the chance to work closely with senior designers and cross‑functional teams, creating visual assets that strengthen brand identity and digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging designs for digital, print, and social media platforms, translating briefs into concepts, layouts, and final deliverables.
• Support senior designers in campaigns, branding projects, and UI/UX design work.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and technology teams to bring ideas to life and participate in brainstorming sessions.
• Prepare mockups, presentations, and visual assets for client reviews and internal meetings.
• Manage feedback constructively, making revisions to improve final outputs.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity in branding, UI/UX, or digital campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital design, branding, or a creative agency.
• Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and keen attention to detail.
