Junior Architect

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Architect to join our design team. You will support senior staff in creating concept designs, detailed drawings, and 3D visualisations while gaining exposure to all phases of architectural projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing concept designs, presentation drawings, and 3D visualisations.
• Develop detailed architectural and construction documents using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent tools.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants under the guidance of the Senior Architect.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify that construction follows approved plans.
• Participate in client meetings, record minutes, and help incorporate design revisions.
• Research materials, finishes, and sustainable design options for ongoing projects.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Maintain organized project documentation and drawing records.
• Collaborate with the design team to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in architectural design or drafting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp or equivalent 3D modelling software.
