Junior Architect

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Architect to join our design and execution team. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to architectural and interior projects from concept through site delivery, working closely with senior architects, contractors and consultants. You will work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, ensuring design quality and compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural and interior design concepts and detailed drawings.
• Prepare construction documents, material specifications and bills of quantities.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and consultants during site execution.
• Support the design team in 3‑D modelling and visualisation.
• Help manage multiple tasks and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Review and update construction drawings and detailing as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 1–2 years of experience on architecture or interior projects.
• Good understanding of site execution, construction practices and coordination.
• Ability to communicate effectively with contractors, vendors and consultants.
• Strong organisational abilities and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Photoshop.
• Knowledge of 3‑D software such as Rhino or Sketchup.
