Junior and Senior Architect Positions

About the role

G & A is expanding its studio and is looking for both Junior Architects (0‑5 years) and Senior Architects (5+ years) to join a collaborative, design‑forward environment. You will contribute to a wide range of architecture and interior design projects from concept through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine architectural concepts, presentation drawings, and detailed working drawings.
• Participate in all project phases, from design development to on‑site execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure design intent is met.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
• Support or lead project documentation, client communications, and approval processes based on experience level.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and construction technologies.

Required profile

• Strong design sensibility and detailed understanding of architectural workflows.
• Proactive, precise, and able to work independently or lead teams depending on seniority.
• Passion for quality and a sharp eye for design detail.
• Junior: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, 0‑5 years of experience.
• Senior: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (M.Arch candidates welcome), 5+ years of experience, proven ability to lead projects and manage teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Experience with visualization tools.
