Junior Accountant – Immediate Joiner (Thane)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Thane immediately. The role supports daily accounting operations, MIS reporting, and project‑wise financial tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports.
• Enter purchase, sales, journal, payment and receipt data in Tally ERP.
• Track and monitor project‑wise expenses and payments.
• Analyze budget versus actual expenses and produce variance reports.
• Perform document verification and coordinate with the CA for utilization certificates.
• Prepare vouchers, maintain filing systems, and conduct site visits for verification when required.
• Ensure statutory compliance and proper documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams for account and project updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on accounting experience.
• Familiarity with statutory compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
