Junior Accountant – Immediate Joiner (Thane)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Thane immediately. The role supports daily accounting operations, MIS reporting, and project‑wise financial tracking while ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports.
• Enter transactions in Tally ERP (purchases, sales, journals, payments, receipts).
• Track and monitor project‑wise expenses and payments.
• Analyse budget versus actual expenses and report variances.
• Verify documents and coordinate with the CA for utilization certificates.
• Prepare vouchers, maintain filing systems, and conduct site verification when required.
• Ensure statutory compliance and proper documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams for account and project updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP.
• Basic understanding of MIS reporting and budgeting.
• Familiarity with statutory compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
