About the role

We are seeking an experienced Jewellery Sales Associate to join our new showroom in Shahpur Jat, South Delhi. The role focuses on delivering a premium shopping experience to upper‑middle‑class and high‑net‑worth customers while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide personalized jewellery recommendations.
• Demonstrate product features, craftsmanship, and pricing.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and after‑sales support professionally.
• Maintain attractive visual merchandising and ensure displays are neat and secure.
• Coordinate billing, inventory checks, stock replenishment, and daily store operations.
• Follow all security procedures for jewellery handling and inventory management.
• Assist with store opening, closing, and support promotional events.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in jewellery retail sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Good understanding of jewellery, gemstones, precious metals and market trends.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory management.
